Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and every snack in between – SouthGate’s dining hall has you covered! Made-to-order, home-cooked entrees, and a salad bar are just some of the selections.

Resident Advisors
SouthGate offers on-site resident advisors. Each floor has a dedicated staff that supervises, and guides residents as needed. They also facilitate regular resident events designed to foster friendships among SouthGate students and take the stress of school away.

Garage Parking
SouthGate offers private garage parking, a commodity in Tallahassee and at FSU! Spaces are very limited and first come, first served. You must submit the fall parking payment after enrollment to secure a space if there are still spaces available. Not all our residents will be able to reserve a space in our garage. Students do not automatically get a parking space when they enroll, they must submit the fall parking payment while we have spaces available to reserve one.

SouthGate’s weekly resident life programs place residents right into the college experience. Our team offers in-house events, along with planned activities in the Tallahassee area. These provide opportunities for residents to make new friends and explore their new neighborhood.
