- The Fitness Center at SouthGate will keep residents in shape with a full weightlifting room downstairs, and a cardio room with ellipticals, treadmills, and a wide variety of free weights upstairs.
- Looking for a quite place to study? Southgate offers a large study lounge equipped with computers and printing. Our study lounge also features two private study rooms.
- After a long day of classes unwind in the Southgate Ballroom! This room features a multi-screen gaming zone, gaming computers, and a large projector screen for you to stream the FSU football games.
- SouthGate has a team of FHP and Tallahassee Police Officers that have been helping our students for over 10 years. They are here two nights a week to give you peace of mind while your student is away from home.
- Our students enjoy the benefit of weekly housekeeping. They will lightly clean the room and take out the trash. This allows our students to focus more on school and keeping up with their academics.
- We have a financial aid deferment plan for your loans, grants, or scholarships. Parents and students can pay for their room and board with financial aid if they meet the minimum requirements.
